How does Auros deliver Immediacy projects?

 

Modus, Auros’ own Quality Management System, is the project management methodology that Auros applies to all client engagements.  Modus provides a framework for consultancy and software development projects, which can then be tailored to provide a delivery approach that addresses the specific requirements of each client engagement.

Auros has recently gained certification to ISO9001:2000. This ensures that Auros are able to provide even better products and services with increased customer satisfaction. In a competitive industry, Auros hope that this certification will give confidence to its current and prospective customers that Auros have an effective Quality Management System with the aims of meeting and exceeding its customer expectations and that Auros can provide technical excellence and quality every time.

 

Auros uses industry standard methodologies to provide services to define and implement effective solutions.  Auros uses the best project management practices and a team who have gained extensive experience of working in a structured environment both on client projects and through externally accredited project management and quality management training programs.  All Auros Project Managers are fully accredited PRINCE 2 Practitioners and the team includes two fully accredited ISO9000 TickIT Auditors.

 

The Auros methodology, Modus, is based on four key principles.  These principles, illustrated below, are applied to the management of all client projects.

Auros has a number of initiatives to ensure effective quality management include:

 

  • Clearly defining project deliverables with agreed acceptance criteria
  • Maintaining a detailed task plan
  • Ensuring that everyone is clear about the scope and objectives of the project and their roles within it
  • Utilising systems for handling issue management and change controls that include regular reviews and actions
  • Using clearly defined documentation standards for all documents created on the project
  • Forming a project review team to review progress, resolve high-level business issues and sign-off the planned stages
