The Partner Programme
A three-way Partnership
The vast majority of Immediacy WCM projects
are delivered in conjunction with one of our approved
implementation Partners. Immediacy professional services staff work
closely with our Implementation Partners to deliver rapid
integration of content management into new and existing sites.
End-to-end solution service
Partner not only enable our customers to
benefit from local project support and service but also
provide in-depth knowledge for integration projects that
typically fall outside of the WCM marketplace. For instance, our
partners frequently integrate Immediacy products alongside Customer
Relationship Management systems (CRM), legacy databases, stock
control applications, and Human Resource management systems to name
but a few.
The Partner Programme
We take pride in working with our Partners and
believe that customers benefit from the diversity and breadth that
our Partner channel offers. All Immediacy Partners must undergo
thorough training in a number of critical areas including; product
consultancy, template authoring and application
development.
Immediacy Partners are constantly monitored
for quality and service. To help customers select a Partner to best
meet their needs, we operate a Partner Programme that categorises
our Partners into three areas:
Certified Partners
Immediacy Certified Partners undergo developer
and template design courses and are approved to consult on our
products. Certified Partner must work alongside our Professional
Services teams for all Installations (new and upgrades) as
well as in the development of complex applications working
alongside our products.
Advanced Partners
Immediacy Advanced Partners have completed a
significant number of Immediacy implementations and upgrades.
Advanced Partners have also developed specific technology
competences with all of our products. Advanced Partners may also be
approved to deliver Immediacy Training courses.
Gold Partners
Immediacy Gold Partners are recognized as an
extension of our in-house development teams and must all undergo
rigorous training typically; installation, development,
template development, end-user training. Gold Partners often have
developed sophisticated Immediacy compatible modules like
e-commerce, and intranet application tool.
